The organic farm Miller-Mariany in Bastendorf has specialised in the production of organic mustard in addition to farming, keeping laying hens and suckler cows – out of love for nature and curiosity for all  things new. Growing the mustard seeds themselves has not yet been a success because of the drought in the summer of 2022. The entire processing – from mashing to grinding to filling the jars – is done by the family. The result is a mustard that does not need any added sugar.
