Since 2013, the Matgé-Stoltz farm in Dondelange has focused entirely on organic farming. The current mainstays of the farm in the area of egg production and suckler cow husbandry have replaced the former dairy farming. For the farm managers, it is important to show that agricultural production and nature conservation goals can be reconciled.
