Solidarity farming, that is the idea behind the work of Tom Kass and Anja Staudenmayer on their organic farm in Rollingen: the community finances the kind of farming it wants. The Kass-Haff’s product range is diverse and includes the production of organic pork, which is rare in Luxembourg.
