Josy Thill’s farm in Dippach is well known for its beef cattle breeding. Since August 2020, it has been in the process of switching to organic farming, and the next generation stands four-square behind the conversion project. For the farm manager, direct marketing is part of the solution when it comes to strengthening and expanding the link between the producer and the consumer.
