At the Fischbach family’s organic farm in Enscherange, organic vegetables are grown. For several years now, the organic farm has also been participating in the Ministry of Agriculture’s fruit and vegetables school programme, producing carrots just for the schools. Furthermore, potatoes, beets, onions, shallots, parsnips and root parsley are grown on the farm.
