To diversify his farm, which specializes in arable farming and pig fattening, Daniel Rossler started growing mushrooms. “Right from the start, it was clear to us that we wanted to grow organic mushrooms because this market is not yet oversaturated”, says the farmer from Knaphoscheid. His long-term goal is to convert the farm’s entire production to organic.
