The Schmit-Fohl winery in Ahn has a long tradition; its beginnings go back to the 18th century. Like their ancestors, brothers Nicolas and Mathieu still focus on the authenticity of the wines from their estate, where all the vineyards have been cultivated organically since 2017. They translate their feeling for the soil and the vines into organic wines with a strong character and see organic viticulture as an opportunity to maintain the farm in the spirit of the family tradition.
