Jean-Michel Neser took the step into organic farming on his farm in Stockem in 2017. In addition to keeping suckler cows, Jean-Michel practises arable farming and grows organic seed potatoes, among other things. In the endeavour to create local closed organic cycles, it is important to anchor as many individual stages of food as possible, from farm to fork, in local organic farming.
